Deepak Mishra

Director of Culinary, Deepak Mishra’s mantra is ‘Passion and Perfection’. Trained in French cooking, Deepak has a deep knowledge of Indian, Asian and European cuisine gained through extensive travel and international experience.

Deepak is an active member of Les Toques Blanches and also serves on the board of Bocuse d'Or Australia.
